By default, the microphone assembly ships from the factory attached to the left earcup (although in some configurations it may ship unattached). It can be easily moved from one earcup to the other.

Remove the microphone assembly and terminator cover
- At the base of the microphone assembly, open the two latches.
- Gently pull the microphone assembly from the socket.
- On the terminator cover, open the latch.
- Gently pull the terminator cover from the socket.
Replace the microphone assembly and terminator cover
- Align the base of the microphone assembly with the socket on the earcup and slide in until secure.
- At the base of the microphone assembly, close the two latches.
- Align the terminator cover with the socket on the other earcup and slide in until secure.
CAUTION: Do NOT force the terminator cover into the socket. If the terminator cover is not securely installed, there will be no audio in the earcup. - On the terminator cover, close the latch.
- Test the headset before flight.
