No audio | Acoustic Wave® system II
In the TV menu, look for applicable audio/sound settings.
Be sure the iPod is firmly seated in its dock.
Check the volume level on the Bose system.
Check that the correct audio source is selected.
Check that that the correct audio input source is selected.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Try bypassing the Acoustic Wave Pedestal (if applicable).
If the source device is connected to the accessory pedestal, try connecting it directly to the Acoustic Wave system instead. If the sound returns, the pedestal may be the issue.
The Acoustic Wave Connect Kit for iPod v2 may need service.
