Connecting a Bluetooth Device | Bose QuietComfort Earbuds
Have you previously connected this Bluetooth device to your Bose product?
Yes
You can automatically reconnect to devices you already paired.
Your product remembers the last several connected devices so it can quickly reconnect. For more info, see Reconnecting a Bluetooth® device that you have already connected.

To connect your earbuds to a Bluetooth device:
- Touch and hold either earbud for 4 seconds until you hear “Ready to pair.”
NOTE: If you are connecting the earbuds to your device for the first time, open the case and wait until the status light starts to glow before removing the earbuds. When removed, they’re ready to connect. - On your device, access Bluetooth settings.
- Select the earbuds from the list of available products. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds The earbuds name appears in the list of connected products
NOTE: You must connect the earbuds through your Bluetooth device list BEFORE the Bose QCE app can connect to them for added functionality.
- You can only play audio from one device at a time.
- If two devices are already connected, the newly-connected device replaces the older of the two connections.
- To disable the multi-point connection feature using the Bose QCE app, tap Multi Point on the product control screen.
- Disabling the multi-point connection feature disconnects the second connected device.
