No power | QuietComfort® 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones— Apple devices

Be sure the headset is powered on.

Check that control module's power switch is in the on position - indicated by the green battery LED. There is a noticeable difference in volume and sound quality when the headset is turned on

See if the power/battery light is blinking red.

The power/battery light blinks red if the headset is outside its operating temperature range. For info on product light status, see Understanding LED indicator status lights and information.

Check if the battery is charged.

Be sure the battery is not depleted. For more info see, Checking the remaining battery charge and Charging your headphones.

Use a wall outlet USB charger to charge your headset.

Charger specifications vary. Be sure to use a UL/CE approved charger that provides 1 Amp. (Tip: Chargers that provide lower amperage (like a computer USB port) will take longer to charge your headset.)
