Resetting your product | SoundTouch® 10 wireless speaker
Do you want to reset your product or restore its default settings?
- Reset: A reset corrects minor processors errors. Unless indicated otherwise, product settings are not lost during a reset.
- Restore factory settings: This resets your product to its factory default configuration. Unless indicated otherwise, all settings are cleared and reverted to their original out-of-box state. After, your product can be configured as if it were being setup for the first time.
Reset your speaker.
To reset your speaker, power it off and disconnect the power cord for 30 seconds.
To restore the factory default settings:
- Turn on the SoundTouch speaker.
- On the top of the speaker, press-and-hold Preset number 1 and the Volume down buttons for 10 seconds.
- Wait while the speaker resets. Once complete, the Wi-Fi indicator will glow solid amber; indicating the speaker is in setup mode.
