Cannot Complete CustomTune Sound Calibration | Bose Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar
Eliminate any background noise in or near the listening area.
If any air conditioning, fans, or HVAC systems are running, turn them off or perform the calibration process when they are not running. Background noise can interfere with the tuning process.
If there is a case on your phone, remove it and run the calibration process again.
Since the CustomTune sound calibration process uses the microphone in your phone, for best results, the microphone should be free of any obstructions. Once the calibration process is complete, you can re-install its case.
