Cannot Connect a Bluetooth Device | Bose Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar
Reset your soundbar.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your soundbar.
Reboot the Bluetooth device you are trying to connect.
Electronics might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. This is typically done by turning the device off, then powering it on again.
Remove your Bluetooth device from the soundbar memory of paired Bluetooth devices, then try again.
- In the Bose app
, tap the Source button. If this button is not shown, tap the product control icon
in the lower-left corner.
If you have more than one Bose product, tap the products iconin upper-left corner, select your soundbar, then tap the Source button.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Select Edit in the upper-right corner.
- Tap on the X of the device to be removed.
- Select Disconnect & Remove to confirm the removal.
- Click + so the soundbar can be found by to device you are trying to connect.
Remove your soundbar from the memory of the Bluetooth device being connected, then connect it again.
- In the Bluetooth settings menu of your device, find the list of previously connected devices.
- Remove the Bose soundbar from the list, including any listings of the same name beginning with the "LE-".
- In the list of available/other devices, select Bose LS Ultra Soundbar, or the name you gave the soundbar during its initial setup.
