Be sure your Bluetooth device is within 30 feet (9 meters) of the soundbar.

Distance and obstacles like walls, doors, or other electronics can weaken the Bluetooth signal. If you're having trouble, try moving your Bluetooth device closer to the soundbar, and away from other wireless devices that may cause interference.

Reboot the Bluetooth device you connected.

Electronics might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. This is typically done by turning the device off, then powering it on again.

If connected to a Windows computer, check the power management setting for the Bluetooth adapter.

  1. On the computer, click the Start menu and begin typing device manager.
  2. Click Device Manager in the search results to open it.
  3. Click the > next to Bluetooth to expand it.
  4. Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and select Properties.
  5. Click the Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
  6. Restart your computer and try again.

Remove your Bluetooth device from the soundbar memory of paired Bluetooth devices, then try again.

  1. In the Bose app ic on, tap the Source button. If this button is not shown, tap the product control icon icon in the lower-left corner.
If you have more than one Bose product, tap the products icon icon in upper-left corner, select your soundbar, then tap the Source button.
  2. Select Bluetooth.
  3. Select Edit in the upper-right corner.
  4. Tap on the X of the device to be removed.
  5. Select Disconnect & Remove to confirm the removal.
  6. Click + so the soundbar can be found by to device you are trying to connect.

Remove your soundbar from the memory of the Bluetooth device being connected, then connect it again.

  1. In the Bluetooth settings menu of your device, find the list of previously connected devices.
  2. Remove the Bose soundbar from the list, including any listings of the same name beginning with the "LE-".
  3. In the list of available/other devices, select Bose LS Ultra Soundbar, or the name you gave the soundbar during its initial setup.

Reset your soundbar.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your soundbar.

Check for sources of interference.

Electronics can pick up interference from other electronics connected to the same power circuit or connected within close proximity. Try disconnecting the power cord from any such nearby electronics (i.e. laptop/phone charger, TV, cable box, seasonal lights, microwave, etc.). If the issue is resolved, try connecting the device or your product to a different power circuit or farther away.
