Check the volume level of the Bose system.
Be sure the system volume is not turned down. Using the volume control, gradually increase the volume level.
Turn up the volume of the connected device.
Set the device volume to 90–100% to send a strong signal to your product. Then, use your product to adjust the volume level.
If there is more than one Bose system on the network, be sure the correct one is selected.
In the Bose app, tap the My Bose icon
in upper-left corner to view the Bose products associated to your account. Tap the product you want to control to select it.
Switch sources from Bluetooth® to AUX, then back to Bluetooth.
Switching to AUX and then back will make the system reconnect to the Bluetooth device.
If you are using the AUX source:
The issue may be caused by the cable. Try using a different AUX cable, or connect the current cable to another speaker to confirm that your audio source is outputting sound correctly.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Check for and install any available product updates.

Restore the system to its factory defaults and restart the set up process.
