Disc continues to spin after the system is turned off | Lifestyle® 38 DVD home entertainment system

It is normal for the disc to continue to spin.

A CD or DVD left in the drive will continue to spin for up to 35 minutes after the system is turned off. This allows the system to quickly access the point in the disc that was playing when the system was turned off.

Remove the disc from the disc tray.

To prevent the disc from spinning when the system is off, remove it from the system.
