Be sure the device being used meets the minimum supported system requirements.
Check the product documentation for compatible operating systems.
Uninstall and reinstall the Bose app.
In case an issue occurred with the app, uninstall it from your device, download and reinstall it, then try again.
If there are numerous programs running, try closing them before running the setup app.
The computer may have limited resources preventing it from being able to run too many programs at once. Try closing some or all applications before attempting to reopen the application
If the device running the app is a PC, try opening the app using the SoundTouchC variant.
The SoundTouchC variant will bypass a specific graphics interface that is not found in some Windows PCs. It is located in the SoundTouch folder found at either C:\Program Files (x86)\SoundTouch or C:\Program Files\SoundTouch.

Reboot the computer.
Computers may need to be rebooted from time to time. Shut down your computer, then turn it on and try again. (Note: To reboot your computer, select Shut Down or Restart; do not select Sleep or Hibernate.)
Try downloading the app to a different computer.
If you are able to download and run the app on another computer as expected, the issue is related to the first computer.
