No power | Custom QC®25 noise cancelling headphones

Be sure the headset is powered on.

Turn the power switch to the on position, indicated by the solid green glowing LED.
Note: When the power is off (indicated by a red dot), the headset will still provide audio.

Check the battery installation.

Match the "+" and "-" polarity symbols on the batteries to the markings inside the battery compartment

Check the condition of the battery compartment and contacts.

  • Use compressed air to blow any dust or debris out of the battery compartment
  • Be sure the spring on the battery door is not mis-shapen and that it is making contact with the battery
  • Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to clean both battery contacts; one is in the compartment; one is the spring on the door. Let the product air dry before use

Replace the battery.
