Removing paired Bluetooth devices from the memory of a computer | QuietComfort® 35 wireless headphones
Which operating system is being used?
Windows 10 or newer
To remove a Bluetooth® device from the memory of Window 10 or newer:
- On your computer, go to the Bluetooth settings
Tip: You can find them by clicking the Windows button in the lower-right, typing Bluetooth, then selecting Bluetooth and other device settings - Click the device you want to remove from the list of previously-connected Bluetooth devices
- Click Remove device
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm.
macOS 10.4.6 or newer
To remove a Bluetooth device from the memory of macOS:
- Click the Apple icon in the upper-left
- Click System Preferences...
- Click Bluetooth
- In the left pand, select the device to remove, then click the – button in the lower-left
- When prompted, click Remove to confirm.
ChromeOS
To remove a Bluetooth® device from the memory on a Chromebook:
- Click the clock in the lower-right
- While holding the Alt key on your keyboard, click the device you want to remove in the list of previously-paired Bluetooth devices
- From the menu that appears, click Unpair.
