Try a different app.
If the issue only occurs with a particular app, it is likely related to the app or app settings.

With certain source devices and/or apps, a slight audio/video delay when using Bluetooth audio is normal.
Wireless audio connections can introduce a slight delay, which becomes noticeable when watching videos. Bose headphones include technology designed to keep audio and video in sync. However, for this feature to work, the connected device (and app, if used) must also support the same syncing technology. If the source device or app doesn't support it, you may experience a slight mismatch between the audio and video.
Try connecting the device with the included audio cable.
Note: When the audio cable is connected to the headphones, Bluetooth® functionality is disabled.
- Connect the smaller end of the audio cable to the jack at the bottom of the left earcup
- Plug in the other end of the cable to the 1/8" (3.5 mm) headphone jack on your device.
