Bose headphone date of manufacture location.
Serial Number Location
The serial number is in two locations:
The date of manufacture (DOM) is printed on the left ear tip. Remove the ear tip to see this number. Please note: products produced before 4/1/2017 had the DOM on the right ear tip.
The serial number is in two locations:
- It is printed on the Product Registration (warranty) card that comes in the packaging
- It is printed on the label on the outside of the box
The date of manufacture (DOM) is printed on the left ear tip. Remove the ear tip to see this number. Please note: products produced before 4/1/2017 had the DOM on the right ear tip.
Use the Bose Connect app to locate the serial number.
While your product is connected to your mobile device, you can view the serial number in the Bose Connect app. In the app, go to Settings > Product Info > Serial Number.
