How to pair your earbuds using the Bose app

The Bose app is the easiest way to connect your Bose earbuds to your phone or mobile device. The app also lets you access all the features your earbuds offer. You can download the app from your device's app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), or by scanning the QR code found inside the earbud packaging.

To pair your earbuds:

  1. Put your earbuds in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button on the back of the charging case while the earbuds are in the case. You should see a flashing blue light on the case indicating the earbuds are ready to pair.
  2. Open the Bose app on your phone or tablet.
  3. In the app, tap Set Up New Product or tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the product screen.
  4. Select Headphones, Earbuds, Portable Speakers, and Frames from the list.
  5. When the app finds your product, it will appear in the app. You may need to swipe left or right if the app locates multiple Bose products.
  6. When your earbuds appear on the screen, tap Connect, then select Pair when the pop-up appears.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing. You can review tips or skip to the end.
