Make sure your earbuds fit correctly in the charging case
- Check the stability bands on your earbuds.
If the band is not lined up correctly, the earbuds will not sit properly in the case. This is the most common reason why earbuds do not charge. - Look for damage to the charging case.
Pay attention to the small charging pins inside the case. If the pins or any part of the case is damaged, click here to order a new case.. - Make sure the earbuds snap into place.
You should feel a magnetic snap when the earbuds are fully seated in the case. The LED light inside the case lid should turn on. If it does not, gently press down on the earbuds to seat them.
Try a different power supply and USB-C cable
Power supplies and cables can stop working over time.
- Test another USB-C cable to make sure the original one is not faulty.
- Try a different wall charger or power adapter to confirm it works.
Reset your earbuds
- Put the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
- Connect the case to power using a USB-C cable. The LED light on the front should turn on.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the case for 40 seconds, until the LED turns off.
- Open the case and test the earbuds again.
Note: You can do this reset without connecting the case to power, but the LED will not light up to show progress.
