How do you want to clear the paired device list?
Using the buttons on the product
Clearing the headphone's device list
- Press and hold the Bluetooth/Power button and Multi-function button until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared. Ready to connect.”
- Delete your headphones from the Bluetooth list on your mobile device. All devices are cleared, and the headphones are ready to connect.
Using the Bose app
Use the Bose app to clear device from your product memory.
- In the Bose app, tap the Source button.
If a different product is shown, tap the My Bose iconin upper-left corner, select the desired product then tap the Source button.
Note: The product image and options shown above may differ depending on the product you have.
- In the upper-right corner, tap Edit.
- Tap the X to the left of the device you want your product to forget.
- When prompted by the app, confirm you want to forget the device.
- To forget other devices, repeat the steps above.
- When finished, tap Done.
