Noise cancellation turns off by itself | SoundComm™ B30 headset

If noise cancellation turns off unexpectedly

Try the following:

Do not power cycle the headset too quickly.

Leave the headset off for 5 seconds before turning it back on. If the headset's power is turned off and on too quickly, the boot process of the electronics can be interrupted, which can result in ANR turning off.

Check if the headset works while connected but powered off.

If the headset works without power, the connections are correct and the headset electronics are the issue.

Install new double-A alkaline batteries.

Remove the batteries from you product, then insert new batteries. Check that the + and markings on the batteries match the markings in the battery compartment. (Note: Rechargeable batteries are not recommended. Use alkaline batteries when possible.)
