Adjusting World Volume | Bose SoundControl™ Hearing Aids
To turn up or down World Volume:
Using the Bose Hear app
- In the app, move the World Volume wheel above 0 to amplify environmental sounds or below 0 to reduce environmental sounds
- To adjust World Volume in both ears individually, use the Ear Balance control.
Using the inline remote
On the side of the inline remote, use the World Volume buttons to amplify or reduce environmental noise.Tip: For full noise cancellation, turn World Volume all the way down, or press the Mute button in the Bose Hear app. When you reach max or minimum World Volume, your headphones beep. You can also simultaneously press both World Volume buttons to scroll through the hearing modes.
Turn up or down World Volume.
Increase World Volume to make environmental sounds louder or decrease it to make environmental sounds quieter.
Adjust World Volume using the buttons on your product
Press or hold the + or – buttons on either hearing aid to adjust World Volume in both ears. When you reach maximum or minimum setting, a tone is heard.
Tip: Each button press makes adjustments in increments of 5 as it corresponds to the control in the Bose Hear app.
