If your product has been in extreme hot or cold temperature, wait until it reaches room temperature.
If the battery temperature is beyond the operating temperature range your product will not turn on. Let it sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, then try again.
Connect the speaker to power and let it charge for at least one hour.
The battery within the speaker may have been completely depleted. Connect the speaker to power for one hour so the speaker can receive a sufficient charge. After one hour, try turning the speaker on and playing sound from a connected Bluetooth device.
Reset the SoundLink Flex Speaker
If the speaker is powered on or becomes unresponsive, you can reset it.
Resetting the speaker resets the product controls and reboots the speaker. It doesn’t clear any device settings.
NOTE: Make sure the USB-C cable isn’t connected to the speaker.

- Press and hold the Power button
for 15 seconds until the speaker powers off.
- The speaker will automatically reboot.
