Sound and video out of sync | Bose SoundLink Micro Portable Speaker (2nd Gen)
With certain source devices and/or apps, a slight audio/video delay when using Bluetooth audio is normal.
Wireless audio connections can introduce a slight delay, which becomes noticeable when watching videos. Bose speakers and systems include technology designed to keep audio and video in sync. However, for this feature to work, the connected device (and app, if used) must also support the same syncing technology. If the source device or app doesn't support it, you may experience a slight mismatch between the audio and video.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Try different media, apps, or devices.
Play audio from a different app, media source, or personal device (such as a phone, tablet, or computer) to determine if the issue is related to a specific source. If the issue is with a particular source or device, check its settings.
