Too much bass or too little treble from product | Bose Sport Earbuds

If the sound lacks treble or has too much bass:

Try the following:

Adjust bass and treble controls on the source.

Sound quality may suffer if bass and treble controls are set to extreme levels. Try adjusting the controls to mid-range levels; this may improve sound quality. Be sure to turn off both audio enhancements and special equalizer settings found on the source

Try a different app.

If the issue only occurs with a particular app, it is likely related to the app or app settings.

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.

Reset your earbuds.

This reset will clear the earbuds memory of previously-connected Bluetooth® devices. It does not restore the factory settings of your earbuds.
  1. Connect the charging case to power.
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case.
  3. Close the charging case lid for 5 seconds, then open the lid.
  4. In the charging case, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 30 seconds, then release it: The earbud LEDs blink, glow solid white, and then blink blue.
  5. On the device that was previously connected to your earbuds, go to the Bluetooth menu and, in the list of remembered connections, remove your earbuds.
  6. Reconnect your earbuds to the device. For more info, see Connecting a Bluetooth® device .
