Resync the earbuds
Place both earbuds in the charging case until they magnetically snap into place, and the charging indicators blinks white. Then, remove earbuds.
Phone calls and voice prompts are only heard from the right earbud.
While on a phone call or listening to a voice prompt from you headphones, sound will only be heard through the right earbud. Once the phone call or voice prompt ends, sound will resume in both ears.
Use the right earbud if you're using only one.
The right earbud connects to your personal device (phone, tablet, or computer) and transmits audio to the left earbud. Placing the right earbud in the case will stop audio playback. Always use the right earbud when listening to audio or making phone calls with a single earbud.
Try a different app.
If the issue only occurs with a particular app, it is likely related to the app or app settings.
Try playing different types of media.
Different media types might produce different quality sound. For example, Podcasts, music stored locally on your phone, MP3s, streaming music services (Spotify, Pandora), videos on your device or stored in the cloud, etc. can all vary in quality. Try different media to determine if the issue is specific to certain media.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
