Try switching back and forth between two TV inputs.
Devices connected via HDMI share certain device info with connected devices. In case connected devices have trouble issue communicating, try switching inputs (i.e. if you're watching TV, switch to the DVD input and then back to TV). This will cause devices connected to those inputs to try to recommunicate.
Turn the source off and back on.
Power cycling the source may help resolve this issue.
Turn the TV off and then back on.
Turning the TV off and back on again will force the TV to reacquire the HDCP handshake
Determine if the TV's remote has a 3D button.
Some TVs may require manual activation of its 3D mode if it does not automatically detect the incoming 3D signal. Refer to the TV owner's guide for more information
If the TV is a Samsung 3D TV.
If you own a Samsung 3D TV, an update may be available for your model through Samsung. Common model numbers include (but are not limited to) the 5500, 6500, 7100, and 8000 series of plasma and LED/LCD 3D TVs.

Check for and install any available updates for the TV.
Updates often improve product features and stability. Many TV are updateable via an Internet connection or a USB connection. For Internet-connected TVs, look for an Update option in the TV menu. If the TV does not have an Internet connection, look for update instructions on the manufacturer's website or contact customer service for the TV.
