Make sure the correct address is being used.
The SoundTouch app is located at http://www.bose.com/soundtouch_app (soundtouchapp and soundtouch-app also work in place of soundtouch_app). Be sure there is no letter 'S' following the 'http'. 'www.' must proceed 'bose.com'.
