Sound and video out of sync | SoundTouch® 20 series III wireless speaker

If audio has been paused and un-paused, try turning your product off and back on.

With some devices, pausing audio can cause audio to become slightly out of sync with accompanying video each time playback is resumed. If sync issues seem to worsen each time audio is paused and resumed, turn your product off and back on to restart the Bluetooth® connection.

Try a different app.

If the issue only occurs with a particular app, it is likely related to the app or app settings.

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.

If a a Wi-Fi network extender or repeater is in use, try bypassing it.

If your system is connected to a network range extender, unplug the extender so your system connects directly to the router. (Note: The extender is likely connected because your system is not within range of the router. So, to test, you might need to move the system closer to the router.) When the Wi-Fi light on your system glows solid white to show it is connected, check if the issue is resolved. If so, the issue is related to the extender or its settings.

With certain source devices and/or apps, a slight audio/video delay when using Bluetooth audio is normal.

Wireless audio connections can introduce a slight delay, which becomes noticeable when watching videos. Bose speakers and systems include technology designed to keep audio and video in sync. However, for this feature to work, the connected device (and app, if used) must also support the same syncing technology. If the source device or app doesn't support it, you may experience a slight mismatch between the audio and video.
