In your router settings, try disabling DHCP Leasing.
DHCP Leasing limits the amount of a time a device can connect to the network. When enable, a device can connect to your network and, after a set amount of time, it will be disconnected from the network. To prevent this, go into the router settings and increase the DHCP lease time, or disable DHCP Leasing.Reboot your router.
Routers may need to be reset from time to time—much like rebooting a computer. Disconnect power from the router for 30 seconds, then wait for it to start up and connect. (Note: Any device connected to the Internet will be interrupted during the reset.)Could not connect to Sirius XM. Please try again later. (3903)
Determine if the issue occurs with the service's own app or website and check the service's website for alerts.
The issue may be due to a problem with the music service itself. Additionally, check the service's website for information on maintenance or other 'service unavailable'-related messaging.Be sure the device running the SoundTouch app is connected to the same network as the system.
To form a connection between the app and the system, both the SoundTouch system and the device running the SoundTouch app must be connected to the same network. A 'Guest' network would not be the same network as the host network, even when the two are being transmitted by the same router or access point- Determine the name of the network that the SoundTouch system is connected to by viewing menu item 2.3 in the System Information Screen. For more information, see Accessing the System Information Screen

Wait for the SoundTouch Music Server to index your music library.
When the SoundTouch Music Server is started, your music library is scanned for changes to ensure library content shown in the app is up-to-date. This happens, for example, when you turn on the computer that contains your library or when the SoundTouch app is opened while the server is stopped. While indexing, music from your library is unavailable. This can take up to 10 minutes and can vary with the size of your library. If using a Mac that has been updated to 10.10 (Yosemite), be sure iTunes is up to date as well.
If the latest version of iTunes is not being used, recommend upgrading to the current version as older version of iTunes may not operate properly with a newer operating system. In iTunes or Windows Media Player, look for and rename any song titles that containt an @ symbol. Then, re-sync the library.
Songs with an @ symbol in the title may cause music library playback issues. Open iTunes or Windows Media Player (whichever you use for your library) and deselect or rename these songs. Then, re-sync your music library and try again. For more info, see Syncing the Music Library.Indexing should not take any longer than 10 minutes. Obtain the iTunes music library files for review.
The app may have encountered an error when compiling iTunes library information. To determine if this is the issue, the files will need to be copied and sent to Bose. For instructions on accessing these files, see Locating iTunes library files. For iTunes libraries, export user-created playlists and rebuild the music library.
The iTunes library file may be corrupt or may contain an error that the app is unable to resolve. Rebuilding the library file may resolve this issue. Deleting the iTunes library file permanently removes all user-created playlists.- If there are no user-created playlists, close iTunes, copy the existing ITL files to a backup folder, then delete all ITL files in the iTunes folder. Reopen iTunes and the program will scan for media to create a new ITL file
- If there are user-created playlists, export the playlists before closing iTunes, copy the existing ITL files and deleting the them. For more info, see Using playlists with iTunes.
Determine the file types of the tracks are supported.
Unsupported file types—like "Protected AAC" and WAV—are not indexed by the SoundTouch Music Server and will not appear in the app. Any unsupported files will need to be converted or re-obtained in a supported format. For more info, see Determining the file type of an audio track.Remove and re-add the music library.
