SoundTouch app will not install | SoundTouch® 520 home theater system
Determine if the proper file type was downloaded for the computer operating system in use.
- A file ending with a .msi extenstion will not run on a Mac
- A file ending with a .dmg extension will not run on a Windows PC

La version Mavericks d’OS X (10.9.5) ne peut pas non plus identifier temporairement Bose comme développeur.

Pour ouvrir l'application, suivez ces étapes :
- Appuyez et maintenez la touche Ctrl enfoncée tout en cliquant sur l'icône de l'application.
Remarque : N'utilisez pas Launchpad pour effectuer cette action. Launchpad ne permet pas d'accéder au menu raccourci.
- Dans le menu qui s'affiche, sélectionnez Ouvrir, qui se trouve en haut de la liste.
- Une fenêtre de confirmation apparaîtra. Sélectionnez Ouvrir.

Have the user log in to the computer as the Administrator to install the app.
The user account used to log in to the computer may have restricted access to the folder where the installer file is located. If unable to log into the Admin account, try downloading the install file to a folder that the user's acount is able to access

Si vous êtes en mesure de télécharger et de lancer l’appli sur un autre ordinateur comme prévu, le problème est lié au premier ordinateur.
Redémarrez l’ordinateur.
Il peut être nécessaire de redémarrer votre ordinateur de temps en temps. Éteignez votre ordinateur, puis rallumez-le et essayez de nouveau. (Remarque : pour redémarrer votre ordinateur, sélectionnez Arrêter ou Redémarrer; ne sélectionnez pas Mise en veille ou Hibernation.)
For Windows 7, 8, or 10, set the permissions of C:\\Windows\\temp to \"Full control\".
Change the folder permissions using the instructions below. Then try the installation again.
- Go to C:\\Windows
- Right-click the "temp" folder and choose Properties
- On the "Sercurity" tab, click "Edit"
- For "Full control," check "Allow"
- Choose "Apply," then "OK"
