If using the accessory multi-disc changer, be sure the correct disc is selected.

To listen to or control playback of a disc in your system, be sure the correct disc is selected. To select a disc, press the CD button on the remote control until d2 (disc 2), d3 (disc 3) or d4 (disc 4) appears on the system display.

Determine if the CDs play.

Determine if the CDs play or not. If the CDs do not play, see CDs skip or do not play.

If the accessory muti-disc changer is connected, check the condition of the Bose link plug.

Inside the plug that connects the multi-disc changer to the Bose link jack on Wave system, there are nine pins. Be sure none of the pins are bent, missing or damaged. If they are, service is needed for the changer and Wave system.

Turn the system upside down.

In some cases the shock absorbing grommets used beneath the CD mech may come loose. The disc may not eject in this situation because it is obstructed by the faceplate. Turning it upside down may align the two components and allow the disc to come free. Whether or not the disc ejects, the system should be serviced to prevent this from happening again.
