Alarm is not working | Wave®/PC™ interactive system
Make sure the alarm is set properly.
The alarm may have been set incorrectly. Test the alarm by setting it to sound within a minute from the current time to see if it works properly. For more information on how to set the alarm, see Setting an Alarm
Check if a working battery is installed.
If your product is unplugged or power is lost, alarms will sound with the buzzer tone to conserve battery power. This happens even if the radio alarm is selected.
Replace the 9-volt battery.
A dead or dying battery connected to your product can affect perfomance. Replace the battery, then try again.
Be sure the AM/PM is set to the proper 12-hour time period.
This indicator may be on the opposite setting for either the current time or alarm time.
Make sure alarm 1 and alarm 2 are not being confused.
If the incorrect alarm is turned on, it can go off at a time not intended. For more information on how to set alarm 2, see Setting an Alarm.
