Sound is not heard from all speakers | Wave® radio II
If the issue occurs with a device connected to the auxiliary input on the back of your system, here are some suggestions.
Try the following:
Check the volume level of the connected audio device.
If the connected device has a variable audio output, adjust the volume level to 80 percent of its maximum. This typically sends a strong signal without distortion. If there is a volume-limiting feature, be sure it is turned off.
Try connecting a different audio device.
If available, connect another audio device using the same cables and connections to determine if the issue is related to the first device or its settings.
Replace the cables used to connect your product
Try replacing the cables that connect your product. If no issue is heard with new cables, the first set of cables is the issue.
There are no balance controls on your Bose product.
Volume from the left and right speakers cannot be adjusted.
Try playing a song from artist, collection or music service.
Some media might be made for one speaker (i.e. old recordings or some news or voice recordings). Try a different track, like a newer pop song, and listen for a difference.
If connected, bypass any adapters or extension cables.
If your product connects to the device using an extension cable or adapter, disconnect the extension cable or adapter to determine if the issue is related to it.
