Make sure the alarm is set properly.

The alarm may have been set incorrectly. Test the alarm by setting it to sound within a minute from the current time to see if it works properly. For more information on how to set the alarm, see Setting an Alarm

Check if the product is receiving power.

If your system is unplugged or power is lost, the time and alarm settings are retained for 48 hours. While retained, the alarm and clock will not work without AC (mains) power.

Be sure the AM/PM is set to the proper 12-hour time period.

This indicator may be on the opposite setting for either the current time or alarm time.
