Poor sound quality from product | F1 Model 812 Flexible Array loudspeaker
Be sure the flexible array is oriented properly for the listening area.
Position the flexible array to project sound in the direction of the listening area. If positioned incorrectly, the sound quality can suffer in certain listening areas. Also, when the array position is adjusted, the system automatically adjusts its equalization to suit the position of the array.
Determine if the problem is specifically related to bass performance.
If there is too little bass, see Too little bass or too much treble from product.
If there is too much bass, see Too much bass or too little treble from product.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more information, see Resetting your product.
Plug in a different audio source.
Connected a different audio source to determine if the issue is related to the source: If audio is being sent to your system from a a microphone, try a different microphone; if an instrument is connected, try a different instrument.
Try a different output on the mixer or audio source.
If the audio source has more than one output (i.e. a mixer with main and aux outputs), connect to another output with the same cables to determine if the output is the issue.
Replace the input cables.
Try different input cables using the same source and same channel. If this solves the problem, the original cables may be defective.
A slight popping sound may be heard when changing the EQ switch position.
it is normal to hear a slight popping noise from your system when you change the position of the EQ switch.
Try a different powered speaker or sound system.
If available, connect a to different powered speaker to determine if the issue is related to the audio source or connecting cables.
