If you are using a Bluetooth speaker with a TV, please contact the TV manufacturer regarding compatibility with Bluetooth control.

Not all TVs are compatible with Bluetooth Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). Therefore, button functionality would not work from most Bluetooth speakers currently on the market.

Some TVs can control the volume when paired to a Bluetooth speaker. However, the volume would be controlled by the TV’s remote control and the Bluetooth audio is variable from the TV.

Avoid holding the Power button while powering on or off your product.

To turn your product on or off, quickly press and release the Power button icon. Holding the Power button, even briefly, checks the battery charge level, which will not turn your product on or off.

Keep your product within 33 feet (10 meters) of your personal device.

Distance and obstacles like walls, doors, or other electronics can weaken the Bluetooth signal. If you're having trouble, try moving your personal device and product closer together or relocating other devices that may cause interference.

Remove your product from the memory of the Bluetooth® device, then try again.

In the Bluetooth settings of the Bluetooth device, find the list of previously connected products. Remove your product from the list, then reconnect it to the device. For more info, see Connecting a Bluetooth® device.

Try connecting a different audio device.

If available, connect another audio device using the same cables and connections to determine if the issue is related to the first device or its settings.

Update your product

Updating the product's software may resolve some issues with the system. For information on updating the product, see Updating the software or firmware of your product.
