Bose Self-Repair Materials Request

This page outlines the process for accessing repair manuals and ordering parts for qualifying Bose products if you choose to repair them yourself.

While we provide this option to those who are trained, capable, and/or interested in attempting to complete repairs themselves, we’re also here to help make things easier, and many customers may find it simpler to let Bose handle the repair or replacement (where necessary). We’re happy to offer service options that work best for your needs. If you would prefer this option start here.

How It Works

1. Submit a request for the repair manual

Fill out our Repair Manual Request Form with:

• Your contact information
• The product you’re looking to repair

We’ll review your submission to determine if the product is eligible for self-repair.

2. Receive the Repair Manual

If your product qualifies, you’ll receive the official Bose Repair Manual via email. This manual includes repair instructions and a list of serviceable components.

3. Identify Parts Needed

Using the manual, determine:

• The part numbers (material numbers) required
• The quantity of each part needed

When ready, reply to the email you received from us with your parts list.

4. Order Payment and Fulfillment

Once we receive your parts request:

• We’ll generate an order confirmation and provide a secure payment link
• You’ll review order details and provide payment information via the secure payment link
• You’ll get an order confirmation email to confirm the order has been placed successfully
• Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, a shipment confirmation will follow once your items have shipped. This typically takes 2 business days from order confirmation after payment has been made (subject to stock availability)

Important Notes

• Not all Bose products are eligible for self-service repair.
• Manuals and parts are only provided for qualifying models.
• Ensure you use the correct part numbers as indicated in the manual to avoid order delays.
